About the role

Responsibilities

  • Become a product expert across the entire platform and understand market differentiation
  • Run discovery calls with incoming leads
  • Demo the GovDash platform to potential clients
  • Work with the engagement team to onboard new customers
  • Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams
  • Maintain and update accurate records in CRM
  • Help open the D.C. office and host customers

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of client-facing experience in sales
  • Experience running software product demos
  • Understanding of government contracting and the AI landscape
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
