Gelato has created the world’s largest global network for on-demand production of custom products. Through its SaaS platform, GelatoConnect, the company is driving innovation in print production by automating procurement, workflows, and logistics for print producers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle across GelatoConnect products, from prospecting and qualification to close
• Drive outbound prospecting into priority accounts and convert inbound demand
• Apply Challenger-led approaches for high-velocity deals and deep consultative discovery for enterprise deals
• Utilize MEDDIC qualification rigorously across the pipeline
• Design and articulate tailored solutions mapping to complex customer workflows
• Manage a mixed pipeline of transactional and strategic deals with accurate forecasting
• Act as an AI builder by utilizing AI tools to enhance sales processes
• Provide market feedback to Product and Marketing teams to improve go-to-market strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying closing experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of closing deals of £/€100k+ annually
• Experience selling into the German market, ideally within manufacturing or industrial software
• Proficiency with MEDDIC and Challenger sales methodologies
• Fluency in German and English is required
• Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Hands-on experience embedding AI tools into daily workflows
• Strong discovery skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling solutions with multiple modules or complex operational workflows
• Familiarity with the buying culture of German SMEs
