Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle across GelatoConnect products, from prospecting and qualification to close
• Drive outbound prospecting into priority accounts and convert inbound demand
• Apply Challenger-led approach for AI Estimator deals and consultative discovery for GelatoConnect deals
• Apply MEDDIC qualification rigorously across the pipeline
• Design and articulate tailored solutions mapping to complex customer workflows
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes and procurement for enterprise deals
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and build pathways from AI Estimator to broader engagement
• Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and provide accurate forecasting
• Utilize AI tools to enhance sales processes and execution speed

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying closing experience in B2B SaaS or cloud-based platforms
• Proven track record of closing deals of £/€100k+ annually
• Experience in both transactional/high-velocity and consultative/enterprise sales motions
• Proficiency with MEDDIC and Challenger sales methodologies
• Fluency in French and English is required
• Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily workflows
• Based in London
