About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, communicating multi-use case stories across various departments
- Build relationships with economic buyers, senior executives, and brand stewards to standardize presentation creation
- Run extensive discovery, design POCs, navigate security reviews, and prove ROI during pilots
- Navigate complex procurement including MSAs, security questionnaires, and multi-stakeholder buying committees
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Help build the sales playbook by documenting best practices and refining messaging
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Consultative selling expertise with the ability to map products to business outcomes
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) models or leveraging product usage for expansion
- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals and complex 6-12+ month sales cycles
- Executive presence and storytelling ability for C-suite presentations
- Proven success with 6-figure ARR deals
- Scrappy, builder mentality comfortable with ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup sales experience
- Experience selling design software, creative productivity platforms, or collaboration tools
