Account Executive, FX and Multi-Currency

Responsibilities

• Own the full commercial cycle, including prospecting, structuring, closing, and activating deals for FX Acquiring, Multicurrency Settlement, and Currency Conversion products
• Structure and negotiate complex multi-currency deals that bundle products to deliver merchant value and capture full management relationships
• Engage C-suite and treasury stakeholders, such as CFOs and Treasurers, to articulate Stripe's value proposition and displace competitors
• Serve as a product specialist for the broader Account Executive team, building repeatable sales motions and playbooks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, treasury, and core account teams to support merchant activation and provide market intelligence

Requirements

• 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure
• Demonstrated knowledge of FX and treasury concepts, including currency risk, settlement mechanics, and cross-border payment flows
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving finance and engineering leadership
• Proven track record of consultative, product-led selling with successful competitive displacement wins

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building a go-to-market motion for a new product or market segment from initial targeting to scaled execution
• Familiarity with multi-currency account products, FX management platforms, or global treasury tooling
