Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new provider organizations from first contact to full activation
• Build, maintain, and close a list of target accounts in partnership with RevOps & Analytics teams
• Drive outreach and engagement to bring new practices into the funnel
• Host product demos, training sessions, and onboarding walkthroughs
• Build and refine repeatable playbooks and self-serve resources to scale onboarding
• Monitor activation and adoption data to identify and resolve blockers
• Partner with ops, product, and engineering teams to ensure a high-quality user journey

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, customer success, or implementation
• Experience in a startup or health tech environment preferred
• Strong user empathy and familiarity with healthcare workflows or EHRs is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to master complex technology tools and work with data
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
