About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and close new Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) opportunities through service agreements, alarm monitoring, and maintenance contracts
  • Identify and pursue recurring revenue opportunities within existing customer accounts and new commercial prospects
  • Convert completed installation projects into ongoing service and maintenance relationships
  • Proactively engage customers approaching warranty expiration to secure preventive maintenance agreements
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support account retention
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and contract structures aligned with customer needs
  • Maintain an active pipeline of RMR opportunities and track sales activity
  • Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of sold agreements
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities including system upgrades and expanded coverage
  • Meet or exceed company-defined monthly and annual recurring revenue targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in commercial security or fire protection
  • Knowledge of manufacturer products such as Bosch, Brivo, Eagle Eye, Exacq, S2, Schlage Engage, or Edwards EST
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue sales models
  • Excellent time management, pipeline management, and prioritization skills
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Eligibility to obtain a PERC card from the State of Illinois
