About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through customer engagement, cold outreach, and field visits
  • Identify and secure negotiated sales opportunities, including design-build projects
  • Conduct site visits, field surveys, and needs assessments to qualify leads
  • Prepare detailed scopes of work and proposals
  • Collaborate with presales engineering teams to ensure solution accuracy
  • Manage a personal sales pipeline and maintain documentation in HubSpot CRM
  • Oversee and renew recurring service agreements for monitoring and maintenance

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Proven B2B/outside sales experience in security, access control, or low-voltage systems
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to conduct site visits and field surveys
  • Willingness to perform proactive cold calling and outreach
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
