Account Executive, Footwear & Jewelry

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of wholesale footwear and jewelry accounts, with a specific focus on digital business growth (e.g., Shopbop and Zappos).
• Maintain and grow existing relationships through weekly business communications, highlighting wins, challenges, and strategic next steps.
• Recommend reorders, style additions, removals, and markdown strategies to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Present seasonal collections during market appointments to ensure brand positioning and assortment alignment.
• Review EDI reports daily and collaborate with Customer Service and accounts to rectify order issues.
• Achieve monthly shipping and financial targets.
• Partner with Planning on sales forecasts, inventory management, and OTB alignment.
• Analyze business reporting to identify trends and actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Wholesale, Retail Buying, or Planning.
• Strong understanding of retail math, including mark-up, sell-through, OTB, and gross margin.
• Proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, and building running templates).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Previous experience in the footwear category.
