Responsibilities
- Lead in-depth discovery with C-level and business leaders to uncover priorities and quantify the impact of change
- Partner with Field Strategists and Solution Engineers in the sales process to design and position tailored solutions
- Apply Gap Selling to shape compelling business cases and value stories
- Orchestrate multi-stakeholder engagement to secure commitment and drive transformation projects to close
- Act as a trusted advisor by aligning solutions that bridge the gap between current and desired future states
Requirements
- 5+ years in complex B2B solution sales
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or digital transformation preferred
- Proven track record of engaging senior stakeholders on strategic business issues
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, complex opportunities to a successful close
- Ability to discuss KPIs, operational models, and financial impacts with client leadership
