Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads from the business development pipeline into new customers
• Execute a consultative, challenger sales process to guide operators through high-stakes decisions
• Represent Flowhub in the field through monthly travel to regional trade shows and dispensary visits
• Maintain a clean and accurate sales pipeline within Salesforce and Outreach
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery call to final contract signature
• Meet and exceed targets for new revenue, pipeline health, and conversion rates

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an Account Executive role, ideally within B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM and sales engagement tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for high-stakes negotiations
• Ability to work on-site at the Coconut Grove HQ in Miami five days a week
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory at least once a month

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with cannabis operators or dispensaries
• Experience selling into retail or other highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with deal-qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC or BANT

• Base salary of $75,000–$90,000 with OTE of $160,000–$185,000
