About the Company

Fleek is building the infrastructure powering the global secondhand clothing trade through a B2B marketplace and AI systems. By digitizing the supply chain, Fleek helps vintage stores, online resellers, and retail buyers source graded inventory, saving millions of items from landfill.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire key accounts including vintage enterprises, retail stores, and high-volume resellers
  • Build deep relationships with buyers through store visits, calls, and emails
  • Help shape and define the sales playbook for acquiring large customers
  • Work with the tech team to build AI-enabled and automated outreach workflows
  • Own and exceed revenue targets through proactive pipeline building
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a commercial role at an early-stage startup
  • Experience in fast-moving environments without established playbooks
  • Familiarity with both online and offline sales and outreach channels
  • Appetite to build AI-enabled sales workflows
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Genuine interest in fashion, secondhand, or vintage clothing
  • Experience selling to SMBs, retailers, or marketplace participants
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
