Responsibilities

• Build, manage and close your own pipeline of companies for dbt Cloud
• Manage and deepen the dbt Cloud footprint in existing accounts
• Engage with technology partners and ecosystem service providers in the region
• Lead and contribute to team projects to develop sales processes
• Work with product teams to maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap

Requirements

• 2+ years of closing experience in technology sales
• Proven track record of exceeding annual targets
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into consultative sales
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders from developers to CTOs
• Strong organizational skills for managing intricate sales cycles
• Experience with SQL or willingness to learn
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, or open-source software
• Knowledge of or prior experience with dbt
• Prior experience selling into the Benelux region
