Enpal is Germany's first green unicorn, aiming to put a solar system on every roof, a storage unit in every house, and an electric car in every garage. We provide integrated total solutions for decentralized energy, powered by our AI-supported platform Enpal.One+.
Responsibilities
- Actively drive growth by acquiring solar and heat pump installers across Germany as partners
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure and smooth onboarding
- Identify and qualify new cooperation partners in the PV and heat pump industries
- Contact decision-makers via telephone, email, or LinkedIn
- Pitch our sales financing platform to installers and resolve initial inquiries
- Build and manage an active sales pipeline independently
- Update and manage all sales activities, leads, and customer information in Pipedrive CRM
Requirements
- Experience in B2B Sales or Business Development (e.g., AE, Partner Sales, Key Account, or BD)
- Strong communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills
- Ability to guide people clearly through processes
- High level of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
