Account Executive - FINEX

Responsibilities

• Identify insurable risks and design appropriate financial lines insurance solutions for clients
• Develop and maintain business relationships with new and existing clients and insurers
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to grow client and insurer relationships
• Support Senior Account Executives on large, complex client accounts
• Maintain a personal portfolio of SME and lower complexity financial lines clients
• Promote the WTW brand within the insurance industry locally and nationally

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proven ability to assess and meet client needs
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification is desirable (or willingness to obtain it)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial lines is preferred but not mandatory
