Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract
- Convert a fast-growing pipeline into long-term partnerships with law firm leaders
- Build trusted relationships with managing partners, firm owners, and ops leads
- Shape Finch's GTM motion by feeding deal learnings into messaging, process, and product
- Represent Finch at legal tech events and conferences
Requirements
- 4–7 years in a closing sales or BD role with a track record of exceeding quota
- Experience owning a full sales cycle end-to-end
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup
- Familiarity with the legal industry or selling into professional services firms
