About the role
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with small business customers to ensure revenue growth and retention
- Identify business pains and provide platform-based solutions
- Develop strategic territory plans for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion
- Forecast sales pipeline accurately
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Track and report key metrics related to customer growth and product usage
- Engage in team development and mentoring
Requirements
- 2+ years managing a large book of business (120+ accounts)
- 1+ years selling SaaS products
- Experience managing procurement processes
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build deep client relationships in complex organizations
- Demonstrable history of leadership
