About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with small business customers to ensure revenue growth and retention
  • Identify business pains and provide platform-based solutions
  • Develop strategic territory plans for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion
  • Forecast sales pipeline accurately
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Track and report key metrics related to customer growth and product usage
  • Engage in team development and mentoring

Requirements

  • 2+ years managing a large book of business (120+ accounts)
  • 1+ years selling SaaS products
  • Experience managing procurement processes
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build deep client relationships in complex organizations
  • Demonstrable history of leadership
