Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Expand WinCraft’s presence through strategic sales channels, including collegiate and general retail stores
• Achieve or surpass monthly and annual territory sales targets
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with customers and buyers via phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings
• Develop and document business strategies using sales dashboards for key accounts
• Conduct quarterly business travel for in-person sales meetings with top accounts
• Foster on-campus relationships with college departments such as Athletics, Alumni, and Student Services
• Identify and respond to market trends and competitor activity to optimize sales planning
• Manage a high volume of daily customer interactions, including calls and emails, with professionalism
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of WinCraft properties and products to optimize sales potential

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails daily
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales practices
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
