About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close for the Benelux market
  • Conduct discovery sessions, product demos, and solution presentations with IT and Ops decision-makers
  • Build consultative relationships and act as a trusted advisor to prospects
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach strategies
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing teams to shape future product direction
  • Track and forecast opportunities accurately in HubSpot CRM

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in IT, Cloud, or Operations
  • Native-level Dutch and professional English proficiency
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
  • Experience managing pipeline and forecasts with an organized, analytical approach
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology and the SaaS space

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to IT personas such as CIOs, IT Managers, or VP Engineering
  • Background in ITSM, MDM, or SaaS automation solutions
  • Proficiency in French
