Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to signed contract
- Diagnose workflow breakdowns and quantify automation ROI for dental labs
- Convert discovery calls into tailored business cases and proposals
- Drive pipeline velocity and build urgency around operational pain points
- Expand existing accounts through upsell opportunities in CAD and automation
- Hit $15K+ in monthly MRR closed
Requirements
- 2–6+ years in B2B SaaS or consultative sales
- Proven track record of managing complex, discovery-heavy sales cycles
- Ability to quantify business impact and build ROI-driven cases
- Comfortable discussing operations, throughput, and process
- Self-directed with the ability to build own pipeline and own sales numbers
- Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, dental, or workflow automation is a bonus
