About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to signed contract
  • Diagnose workflow breakdowns and quantify automation ROI for dental labs
  • Convert discovery calls into tailored business cases and proposals
  • Drive pipeline velocity and build urgency around operational pain points
  • Expand existing accounts through upsell opportunities in CAD and automation
  • Hit $15K+ in monthly MRR closed

Requirements

  • 2–6+ years in B2B SaaS or consultative sales
  • Proven track record of managing complex, discovery-heavy sales cycles
  • Ability to quantify business impact and build ROI-driven cases
  • Comfortable discussing operations, throughput, and process
  • Self-directed with the ability to build own pipeline and own sales numbers
  • Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, dental, or workflow automation is a bonus
