Account Executive, Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Work with existing Stripe customers to develop and execute long-term sales strategies to expand revenue
• Own the full sales cycle, including business case development, deal structuring, and negotiation
• Develop comprehensive account plans to cross-sell into strategic customers and drive new revenue streams
• Drive deal strategy and commercial negotiations for large, complex renewals
• Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders to understand and solve their business problems
• Lead account mapping and coordinate effective meetings with external stakeholders
• Contribute to team projects to refine sales processes and shape the Stripe sales culture

Requirements

• 15+ years of sales experience, preferably selling technical products
• 10+ years of experience leading complex sales cycles with Enterprise organizations
• Proven ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products
• Experience developing and executing account plans across complex, multi-unit organizations
• Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
• Proven track record of leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
