About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored ITSM and EX strategies for Higher Education clients
- Collaborate with administrators, IT leaders, and HR departments
- Build and execute a robust sales pipeline for medium- to long-term cycles
- Create and present compelling value propositions aligned with institutional goals
- Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams
Requirements
- 5–8 years of success in SaaS enterprise sales
- Experience in ITSM and EX solution selling
- Advanced knowledge of SaaS platforms
- Strong analytical abilities for customer needs assessment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling to Higher Education institutions
