Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored ITSM and EX strategies for Higher Education clients
  • Collaborate with administrators, IT leaders, and HR departments
  • Build and execute a robust sales pipeline for medium- to long-term cycles
  • Create and present compelling value propositions aligned with institutional goals
  • Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success teams

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of success in SaaS enterprise sales
  • Experience in ITSM and EX solution selling
  • Advanced knowledge of SaaS platforms
  • Strong analytical abilities for customer needs assessment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling to Higher Education institutions
