Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle across Fortune 500 and large-scale organizations
- Build and execute account plans for high-value targets, identifying stakeholders across legal, procurement, and IT
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales processes with GCs, CLOs, and legal ops leaders
- Drive large, strategic deals by aligning the platform to company-wide initiatives like AI adoption and risk management
- Navigate procurement, security, and compliance processes
- Partner with founders and product to shape enterprise sales strategy, pricing, and packaging
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals within Fortune 500 companies
- Experience selling to legal teams (GCs, CLOs, legal ops) or similarly complex corporate functions
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders
- Strong commercial instincts for structuring deals and negotiating terms
- High ownership mindset and interest in AI transformation
