About the role
Responsibilities
- Work with existing Stripe customers to develop and execute long-term sales strategies to expand revenue
- Own the full sales cycle, including business case development, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations
- Develop detailed account plans to cross-sell into strategic customers and drive new revenue streams
- Lead commercial negotiations for large, complex renewals and bespoke agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders to understand and solve their business problems
- Coordinate effective meetings with external stakeholders through strategic account mapping
- Contribute to team projects to refine sales processes and shape the Stripe sales culture
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience, preferably with a track record of selling technical products
- 5+ years of experience leading complex sales cycles within Enterprise organizations
- Proven ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products
- Expertise in developing and executing account plans across complex, multi-unit organizations
- Strong presentation skills, specifically for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
