About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work with existing Stripe customers to develop and execute long-term sales strategies to expand revenue
  • Own the full sales cycle, including business case development, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations
  • Develop detailed account plans to cross-sell into strategic customers and drive new revenue streams
  • Lead commercial negotiations for large, complex renewals and bespoke agreements
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders to understand and solve their business problems
  • Coordinate effective meetings with external stakeholders through strategic account mapping
  • Contribute to team projects to refine sales processes and shape the Stripe sales culture

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience, preferably with a track record of selling technical products
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex sales cycles within Enterprise organizations
  • Proven ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products
  • Expertise in developing and executing account plans across complex, multi-unit organizations
  • Strong presentation skills, specifically for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
