About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans focused on acquiring net new enterprise logos across Iberia and Italy.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new prospects by engaging C-level stakeholders and navigating complex procurement processes.
- Build and manage a strategic sales pipeline to achieve company revenue goals and targets.
- Propose tailored Atlassian solutions to address prospect pain points and business challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Channel Partners, Solution Engineers, and Marketing to execute coordinated pursuit strategies.
- Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to close initial agreements.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 6+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Software Sales experience with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Proven track record of hunting net new logos and building pipeline in greenfield territories.
- Experience working within the Italy, Spain, or Portugal markets.
- Fluency in English and either Spanish or Italian.
- Extensive experience using Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and competitive displacement scenarios.
