About the Company

Nectar Social is building the AI-native social operating system that enables a new era of commerce. Founded by ex-Meta product and engineering leaders and backed by GV and True Ventures, we work with leading brands like Oura Health, Caraway, and e.l.f. Cosmetics to converge community, conversation, and commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts from prospecting through negotiation and close
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities across consumer brands in beauty, CPG, e-commerce, retail, and lifestyle
  • Lead multi-threaded sales processes with stakeholders across marketing, social, customer experience, and digital teams
  • Partner with solutions and customer success teams to deliver tailored demos, pilots, and onboarding experiences
  • Develop strategic account plans that align Nectar’s platform with customer goals
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share customer insights and influence product direction
  • Represent Nectar at industry events and executive meetings

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota in enterprise environments
  • Experience selling into consumer brands (e-commerce, beauty, CPG, retail, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior decision-makers
  • Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape
  • High ownership mindset suitable for fast-moving startup environments
  • Excellent consultative sales and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling AI, automation, or social media management platforms
  • Existing relationships with marketing or digital leaders at major consumer brands
  • Experience at a high-growth Series A or Series B startup
  • Familiarity with AI-native tools and workflows
