Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify enterprise accounts that would benefit from our AI recruiting platform
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Develop expert-level insight on the impact and pragmatic application of AI in the recruiting process
- Win complex sales with many stakeholders from first contact to close
- Feed market learnings into the founders and product team to improve the product
- Build an extensive network by working with the next generation of iconic companies
Requirements
- 5+ years quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven success closing large, complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals (2,000+ employees)
- Competence in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPICC
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders including legal, procurement, security, and executive teams
- Expertise in account mapping, multi-threading, and deal orchestration
- Strong pipeline generation, territory coverage, and disciplined forecasting skills
- Confidence in VP/C-suite conversations
