Lucidya is an AI-native platform for customer experience (CX) intelligence that manages entire customer lifecycles autonomously, from initial engagement through retention and growth. It uses proprietary NLU capabilities to help marketing, support, CX, and research teams deliver personalised experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise revenue targets and drive meaningful ARR growth
- Build strategic account plans mapping influence, risk, timing, and internal politics
- Run full sales cycles end-to-end including discovery, demo, business case development, and negotiation
- Lead value-based conversations with C-level stakeholders (CEO, CMO, CIO, CX leaders)
- Translate complex AI capabilities into business outcomes like cost savings and revenue growth
- Partner with Solutions, Product, and Customer Success teams for smooth handovers
- Forecast accurately and maintain high pipeline quality
Requirements
- 7+ years in enterprise SaaS or technology sales with a proven track record of hitting quota
- Experience selling into large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen regarding margins, contract structures, and negotiation
- Ability to simplify AI and analytics into clear business value for executives
- Proactive approach to deal management and objection handling
- Experience in analytics, CX platforms, social listening, or AI-based solutions is ideal
- A strong network within Saudi enterprise organisations is a major plus
