Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close net-new business to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Prospect for ideal clients through self-prospecting and SDR collaboration
- Consult with clients to understand supply chain needs and create value-add solutions
- Lead the customer onboarding process using internal resources
- Monitor account health and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain Salesforce records and opportunity pipelines
Requirements
- Proven track record of owning the full sales cycle and exceeding quotas
- Ability to run structured sales discovery and demo meetings
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
- Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and value selling
- Background or strong interest in logistics, freight forwarding, or complex B2B services
