About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to meet revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities can drive engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
- Generate and own pipeline through targeted outbound into priority accounts, partnering with SDRs and partnerships teams to reach the C-suite
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand presence within key Canadian enterprise verticals such as financial services, public sector, and telecom
- Partner closely with customer success and solutions engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and account expansion
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating them on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally with exposure to AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to self-source pipeline and build territory from scratch in greenfield markets
- Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders
- Comfort with autonomy and ambiguity in an early-stage, high-growth environment
- English/French bilingualism is a plus
