About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by approaching clients and practicing value selling to close contracts
- Collaborate with BDR teams to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand awareness in the Japanese market
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers
- Partner with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to lead sales activities
- Track sales progress, analyze results, and report on performance to adjust strategies
Requirements
- Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS sales
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and achieving targets
- Proficiency in territory and account planning
- Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills
- Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
- Ability to quickly adapt to new cloud applications and tools
- Strong interest in digital and mobile application trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup environment with high autonomy
