About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development by approaching clients and practicing value selling to close contracts
  • Collaborate with BDR teams to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand awareness in the Japanese market
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers
  • Partner with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to lead sales activities
  • Track sales progress, analyze results, and report on performance to adjust strategies

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS sales
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and achieving targets
  • Proficiency in territory and account planning
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new cloud applications and tools
  • Strong interest in digital and mobile application trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a startup environment with high autonomy
