About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise targets, from initial prospecting to closing.
  • Build and deepen relationships with senior engineering, platform, and security leaders.
  • Drive expansion within existing accounts in partnership with Customer Success and Product teams.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and technical demos that demonstrate business value.
  • Align with marketing and alliances on account-based programs and partner-led motions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management using HubSpot.
  • Represent Aikido Security at industry and partner events.

Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally within cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or developer tools.
  • Proven track record of closing complex 6 and 7-figure deals.
  • Experience managing multiple strategic accounts using a long-term, relationship-driven approach.
  • Ability to lead technical product conversations and map technical features to business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and experience with both direct and partner-assisted enterprise sales.
  • Strong communication skills with a commercially sharp and detail-oriented mindset.
