About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value enterprise targets
- Run full-cycle, complex enterprise sales from discovery to contract execution
- Lead consultative deal strategy by building business cases tied to ROI
- Manage pipeline with executive-level rigor and accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with Leadership, Product, and Customer Success to structure deals
- Represent Adaptive to large-scale custom home builders and national construction firms
Requirements
- 5–8 years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience
- At least 3 years focused on enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of closing five-figure plus deals with long sales cycles
- Ability to influence C-suite and VP-level decision-makers
- Experience navigating legal, security, and procurement processes
- Strategic and self-directed mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with construction, fintech, or ERP software
