About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value enterprise targets
  • Run full-cycle, complex enterprise sales from discovery to contract execution
  • Lead consultative deal strategy by building business cases tied to ROI
  • Manage pipeline with executive-level rigor and accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with Leadership, Product, and Customer Success to structure deals
  • Represent Adaptive to large-scale custom home builders and national construction firms

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience
  • At least 3 years focused on enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record of closing five-figure plus deals with long sales cycles
  • Ability to influence C-suite and VP-level decision-makers
  • Experience navigating legal, security, and procurement processes
  • Strategic and self-directed mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with construction, fintech, or ERP software
