About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for Mid-Market deals
- Deliver compelling online demos to potential and existing clients
- Execute high outbound activity, including 55+ cold calls per day
- Manage a book of named accounts and identify key target personas
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to onboard new accounts
- Maintain a clean pipeline using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of B2B Sales Representative or SDR/BDR experience
- Expertise with outbound prospecting tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Gong
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
