Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for Mid-Market deals
  • Deliver compelling online demos to potential and existing clients
  • Execute high outbound activity, including 55+ cold calls per day
  • Manage a book of named accounts and identify key target personas
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to facilitate onboarding and growth
  • Maintain a clean pipeline using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years of B2B Sales Representative or SDR/BDR experience
  • Expertise with outbound prospecting tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Gong
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
