Account Executive - Energy

Responsibilities

• Prospect via outbound, email, and social channels to qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Run discovery sessions, deliver demos, create proposals, and manage pricing to advance deals.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure solution fit and deliver value outcomes.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and consistent CRM updates.
• Drive new business hunting and targeted expansion to increase wallet share within assigned energy sector accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of field sales experience (Outside Sales).
• Demonstrated success in quota-carrying roles.
• Strong knowledge of consultative selling and opportunity qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT or MEDDIC).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and disciplined in CRM usage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional sales training or certifications specifically in discovery and negotiation.
