About the role
Responsibilities
- Own territory plans and account strategies focused on expansion and retention within the energy sector
- Lead discovery, value articulation, and competitive differentiation for complex, multi-solution deals
- Partner with Pre-Sales and Services teams to design comprehensive solutions and proposals
- Maintain high forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene through disciplined pipeline management
Requirements
- 12+ years of field sales experience, specifically within the Energy sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex sales cycles
- Advanced negotiation and pricing skills with experience in deal desk collaboration
- Proficiency in Salesforce and pipeline analytics
- Excellent presentation and executive-level communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Professional certifications in consultative selling methodologies
