About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own territory plans and account strategies focused on expansion and retention within the energy sector
  • Lead discovery, value articulation, and competitive differentiation for complex, multi-solution deals
  • Partner with Pre-Sales and Services teams to design comprehensive solutions and proposals
  • Maintain high forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene through disciplined pipeline management

Requirements

  • 12+ years of field sales experience, specifically within the Energy sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in complex sales cycles
  • Advanced negotiation and pricing skills with experience in deal desk collaboration
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and pipeline analytics
  • Excellent presentation and executive-level communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in consultative selling methodologies
