About the Company

Endgame is building the context engine for go-to-market. We solve the problem of messy enterprise data by providing entity resolution, fact extraction, and retrieval that powers both day-to-day GTM work and production-ready AI agents. Companies like Monte Carlo, BetterUp, and Braze run their revenue motion on our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline through self-sourcing outbound opportunities and leveraging your network
  • Run consultative discovery to uncover prospect AI/GTM challenges
  • Engage executives top-down, working with the CEO to reach Economic Buyers
  • Multi-thread the buying committee by engaging business and technical champions
  • Maintain MEDDPICC discipline and pipeline hygiene
  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to drive post-close adoption, expansion, and renewal

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience closing complex enterprise software deals ($500K+ ACV)
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder buying committees and multi-month sales cycles
  • Technical fluency in AI and data architecture to hold credible conversations with CIOs/CTOs
  • Proven track record of building executive relationships with CROs, CEOs, and CIOs
  • Strong qualification skills and ability to manage pipeline effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling complex SaaS, infrastructure, or AI/data platforms
