About the Company
Endgame is building the context engine for go-to-market. We solve the problem of messy enterprise data by providing entity resolution, fact extraction, and retrieval that powers both day-to-day GTM work and production-ready AI agents. Companies like Monte Carlo, BetterUp, and Braze run their revenue motion on our platform.
Responsibilities
- Build pipeline through self-sourcing outbound opportunities and leveraging your network
- Run consultative discovery to uncover prospect AI/GTM challenges
- Engage executives top-down, working with the CEO to reach Economic Buyers
- Multi-thread the buying committee by engaging business and technical champions
- Maintain MEDDPICC discipline and pipeline hygiene
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to drive post-close adoption, expansion, and renewal
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience closing complex enterprise software deals ($500K+ ACV)
- Experience with multi-stakeholder buying committees and multi-month sales cycles
- Technical fluency in AI and data architecture to hold credible conversations with CIOs/CTOs
- Proven track record of building executive relationships with CROs, CEOs, and CIOs
- Strong qualification skills and ability to manage pipeline effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling complex SaaS, infrastructure, or AI/data platforms
