Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to meet revenue goals
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency
• Build your own pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and partnering with the SDR team
• Develop a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases and emerging trends
• Demonstrate expertise in how voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, and in-app assistants

Requirements

• 4-6 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in self-sourcing pipeline and running a disciplined outbound motion
• Ability to thrive in autonomy and ambiguity while taking ownership of building a market from the ground up
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Bilingualism in English and French is preferred
