About the role

About the Company

Elara builds software for maintenance teams. Cloud-based, mobile-first, and designed for people working on plants, machines, and buildings. Since 2025, we have been part of the BEUMER Group and have been profitable since November 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Identify target customers and actively approach them via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct product demos showing how the software transforms maintenance teams
  • Perform workshops and build business cases for decision-makers
  • Own the entire sales cycle from initial contact to signature
  • Maintain the pipeline in HubSpot using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LLMs

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Full ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Routine use of LLMs and AI tools in daily work
  • Ability to conduct demos and workshops at the executive level
  • Fluent communication in German and English
  • Independent and structured way of working

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network in the German Mittelstand (Production, Logistics, or Facility Management)
  • Experience in maintenance, asset management, or industrial tech
