About the role

Responsibilities

  • Scale the client base from 5 to 25 customers over the next 18 months
  • Drive the sales process through sourcing, qualification, demo, and contracting
  • Shape Eisen’s GTM machine in collaboration with marketing, product, and operations
  • Augment the discovery process to sharpen lead qualification and conversion rates
  • Partner with the executive team to iterate on pricing models and close deals
  • Work closely with operations to ensure client success through onboarding
  • Engage with product to market-test pre-launch features
  • Develop and execute a client cross-sell strategy
  • Identify new cross-sell and upsell opportunities to influence the product roadmap

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of sourcing leads, winning deals, and hitting quota
  • Experience working with complex products
  • Ability to work collaboratively with executives, operations, and product teams
  • Self-directed and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Long-term mindset focused on scalable growth strategies
