About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze automotive trends such as software-defined vehicles and smart manufacturing to identify decision-makers at OEMs and suppliers
- Own the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to negotiating and closing six- to seven-figure AI projects
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in Engineering, Innovation, and Digital Units
- Translate complex customer requirements into custom AI systems in collaboration with engineers
- Contribute to the development of the go-to-market strategy in the automotive sector
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, ideally in tech, automotive, or consulting
- Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals
- University degree in Business, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in Applied AI, LLMs, Computer Vision, Edge AI, and Robotics
- Business fluency in both German and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and networking skills
