Responsibilities

  • Analyze automotive trends such as software-defined vehicles and smart manufacturing to identify decision-makers at OEMs and suppliers
  • Own the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to negotiating and closing six- to seven-figure AI projects
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in Engineering, Innovation, and Digital Units
  • Translate complex customer requirements into custom AI systems in collaboration with engineers
  • Contribute to the development of the go-to-market strategy in the automotive sector

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, ideally in tech, automotive, or consulting
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Applied AI, LLMs, Computer Vision, Edge AI, and Robotics
  • Business fluency in both German and English
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and networking skills
