Responsibilities

  • Analyze industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify decision-makers and target personas
  • Own the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification and solution-scoping to negotiation and closing
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in Engineering, Innovation, and Digital Units
  • Translate complex customer requirements into custom-developed AI systems in collaboration with engineers
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and contribute to data-driven sales excellence

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, ideally in consulting, services, or tech start-ups
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Solid understanding of Applied AI, LLMs, Computer Vision, Robotics, and Mechatronics
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to derive business value from complex technical challenges
  • Business fluency in both German and English
