About the Company
Edra is a Series A startup backed by Sequoia that builds AI agents designed to learn and run specific company processes. We are a deeply technical team of engineers and AI researchers solving the problem of generic AI models in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Own a named account list and build a pipeline from scratch through outreach and networking
- Run the full sales cycle including discovery, demos, pilot scoping, and commercial negotiation
- Conduct consultative discovery with CTO/CIO-level buyers to identify pain and quantify impact
- Design and scope paid pilots in partnership with the technical team
- Provide product feedback loops to the product team based on customer conversations
- Help build the foundations of the sales motion, including messaging and repeatable processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience carrying a quota in enterprise SaaS or AI
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing six-figure+ deals
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage startup environments
- Ability to earn credibility with technical buyers (CTOs/CIOs)
- High level of ownership and judgment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into IT operations, ITSM, or service management environments
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and enterprise IT workflows
- Experience working in a technical founder-led sales motion
