Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Exceed territory sales quotas by implementing data-driven performance plans and conducting side-by-side selling sessions with retail representatives
• Enhance brand visibility and customer experience by enforcing brand standards and optimizing marketing campaign execution
• Resolve customer and operational escalations promptly to maintain high levels of consumer satisfaction and partner trust
• Expand the retail footprint by identifying and securing new points of distribution through local market insights
• Improve store owner profitability by providing expert-level business counseling and performance communication
• Optimize territory management efficiency by leveraging AI-powered sales analytics to interpret market trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and four years of related work experience, or eight years of related work experience post-high school
• 4 years of sales and/or account management experience
• Experience in wireless product or service sales
• Proven ability in training, relationship development, and planning
• Experience in contract or vendor relationship management
• Valid driver’s license and a clean three-year active driving history
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
