About the role
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the full sales cycle from lead identification and prospecting to closing and account management
- Drive sales revenue and market share within the Queens and Nassau County territory
- Manage and grow existing client accounts while converting competitive accounts
- Conduct equipment demonstrations and sales meetings with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and hospital administrators
- Communicate the company’s competitive differentiation and value proposition to key stakeholders
- Perform daily travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers in office and hospital settings
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Medical Device or Biotechnology arena, preferably in cardiology
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota of $1M+
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a health-related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong negotiation, closing, and advanced selling capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel daily within Queens and Nassau County, NY
