About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new partnerships across Fortune 500 CSR departments, foundations, and government programs
  • Manage the full partnership pipeline from initial outreach through signed agreements using Monday.com
  • Execute personalized outbound outreach campaigns to generate and close new partnership opportunities
  • Draft professional client-facing communication, including proposals, follow-ups, and impact reports
  • Coordinate in-person events at corporate offices, conferences, and trade shows
  • Maintain proactive partner relationships to identify opportunities for renewals or expanded partnerships
  • Monitor partnership progress and track invoicing and accounts receivable

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, fundraising, or client-facing roles
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to produce polished proposals and briefing documents
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism and confidence when communicating with executives and external stakeholders
  • Genuine alignment with Dream Opportunity’s mission and impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Communications, Public Policy, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with Monday.com, Google Workspace, Canva, and Slack
  • Background in non-profit, CSR, education, workforce development, or social impact organizations
