About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to successful closing
  • Drive revenue (MRR) and growth within the assigned territory
  • Provide customer-centric consulting by analyzing physician needs and challenges
  • Track performance and implement sales strategies using Salesforce

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B and field sales
  • Strong acquisition and pitching skills
  • High energy level and professional demeanor
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Fluent German (C1 level or higher) in both spoken and written form
  • Valid Class B driver's license
