About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to successful closing
- Drive revenue (MRR) and growth within the assigned territory
- Provide customer-centric consulting by analyzing physician needs and challenges
- Track performance and implement sales strategies using Salesforce
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B and field sales
- Strong acquisition and pitching skills
- High energy level and professional demeanor
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills
- Fluent German (C1 level or higher) in both spoken and written form
- Valid Class B driver's license
