About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to successful closing
  • Take responsibility for your pipeline, revenue (MRR), relationships, and regional growth
  • Provide customer-centric consulting by analyzing physician needs and challenges
  • Track performance regularly using Salesforce to drive targeted sales strategies

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B and field sales
  • Excellent acquisition and pitching skills
  • High energy level and professional appearance
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills
  • German language proficiency at C1 level or higher
  • Valid Class B driver's license for field visits to medical practices
