About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to successful closing
- Take responsibility for your pipeline, revenue (MRR), relationships, and regional growth
- Provide customer-centric consulting by analyzing physician needs and challenges
- Track performance regularly using Salesforce to drive targeted sales strategies
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in field sales and B2B
- Excellent acquisition and pitching skills
- High energy level and professional demeanor
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills
- Fluent German (C1 level or higher) in both spoken and written form
- Valid Class B driver's license for field visits to medical practices
